“I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. The hot water in the shower cut off halfway through my shower twice. The most upsetting thing was that we booked this hotel based on the fact it……

“We loved our stay at your spacious little apartment. The room was perfect and the plants and trees there were beautiful. Our host, Arelys, was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our outings. Her experienced husband took us on a night walk in the cloud forest and taught us a lot about the local flora and fauna. It was very educational and a lot of fun. Pura Vida! ”

“Beautiful space , private & secure, immaculately kept, spotless and you can see the pride/love the owners have in their property. We were welcomed with the warmest greeting, fresh cut flowers thoughtfully placed throughout the condo, it was so clean and smelt amazing. The host was wonderful and made sure anything and everything we needed was taken of, the backyard was awesome , fresh fruit that you were allowed to pick, there was countless wildlife we seen all from sitting on the top deck. “Very nice, well equipped, modern and clean apartment. Attentive host, very quick to respond to our requests. Less than 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Located next to the reserve, convenient for the night walk tour. Only wished it had a little better noise isolation, since we had neighbors being loud early in the morning. ”
