“Didnt like the roaches that were biting me in the bed crawling all over dishes and out door when opening to greet guests. The manager sent me a can of spray to use . The washer was out of order.”

“They said they had airport shuttle, but when I called, they said no longer functioning. They didn’t have WiFi, I couldn’t even make phone call in the room. They rationed air conditioning. I had air conditioning less than 20% of the night. The bathroom is terrible. Part of bathroom no tiles. Toilet was not flushing. The pillow case and bed sheets dirty. It was my most horrible experience ever in an hotel”
