“The food served for dinner gave me food poisoning. I ordered pondo yam and egusi soup and by the next morning I had gone to the toilet 6 times. Parking was very limited. You might not want to bring your car . The power went out almost every minute making it impossible to watch any progrsms on tv.and the rooms were not sound proofed . It was impossible to have privacy if you were on a romantic date. I had planned to use the hotel again but for all the negative experiences above.”

“I was very happy with my stay at the property. The check in was seamless. And the staff were incredibly supportive, especially with helping with our suitcases when we arrived. We were also welcomed with some flowers on the bed and fresh fruits and groundnuts on the table, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. “The bedsheets had stains and the bathtub was blocked up and leaked so the floors was wet. Bathroom was dirty especially the toilet seats. The air conditioner also leaked into the room The rooms smelled musty. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The staff on the intercom was rude. The lift/ elevator does not work. Generally a lot of improvement is needed.”

“When we first arrived our sheets and pillows were dirty. We requested that they all be changed and they were pretty quickly. We also let the host know that the apartment did not match the description they provided. Which was a lake view apartment with private pool. We had neither. The room also didn’t match the photos showcased online, which featured a spacious living room and dining room with space for all 6 of our guests to sit. The space given to us only sat 4ppl. The host stated the photos……
