“We enjoyed 9 days of winter sun at this resort property. The staff were uniformly excellent, the place spotless and the buffet dining options were good and varied, if a little bland after a week. The only problem - but it was a big one for us - was the deafening live music or quiz every night till 11pm. Although our suite was on the opposite side of the hotel we could hear every badly sung word, and even the TV couldn’t drown it out. The acoustic design of the place is terrible. In fairness……

The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. “ Overall, the stay was acceptable. I would like to thank the housekeeping team for their cleanliness and helpful attitude. However, the reception experience was disappointing. My request for a one-hour late checkout was declined without flexibility. In addition, some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers in the room, no welcoming music or atmosphere at the reception, and a request for extra towels was also refused. “Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. “J’ai passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Dar Mya Palmiers. Le cadre est très agréable, calme et parfaitement entretenu, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. La chambre proposée était confortable, propre et bien aménagée, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour reposant. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, qui était tout simplement excellent : varié, frais et servi avec soin. Un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin.
