“Lovely small town ”

“This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.”

“Another incredible stay! The staff are always so welcoming and kind, George is just fantastic and so attentive and friendly. The food as usual is delicious, beautiful local produce. The rooms as usual are so clean and super comfy beds. The spa facilities are fantastic. Five stars again from us!! ”

“The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, our room had thick layers of dust on the surfaces and the inside of the wardrobe was filthy, the plug chain to the sink was in 3 pieces placed next to the tap and the bathroom door did not shut properly. The windows could all do with a clean and there were cobwebs to many of them with insects trapped so obviously had been there sometime.The bedside cabinet was broken inside. “This is a wonderful, historic hotel on the river in Worcester, a 5 pound taxi ride from the Worcester New Shrub train station, and within walking distance to the city's cathedral and central shopping, dining area. The breakfasts couldn't be better, and the restaurant is top notch. My room had a separate living room facing the river with operable French doors and windows.”
