“Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to. ”

“My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations.
One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good……

“We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient.”
