“I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years, which makes it especially disappointing to say that the property has gone downhill significantly. The room was very unkempt and not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture and lamps, the ceiling and bathroom vents were filthy, and even the safe buttons were so dirty that we did not want to use it. The drying towel looked like a rag because it was torn. There were several other cleanliness issues as well, but these were some of the……

“So first of all, the staff at the front counter was great. Rooms on the other hand not so much. The property claims it’s a smoke free facility and anyone who does smoke has to be 25ft away. Well the first room I checked into around 8pm completely wreaked of Marijuana. I’m allergic to that plus nicotine so I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and at first they said they didn’t have another room to move me to but they would give me spray for the room.……

“The hotel had a Restaurant onsite which is a great benefit when you don't want to go out to find a place to eat. Breakfast options where basic & not complimentary which was disappointing considering you are already paying for your room & parking on top of that. The Room was perfect what what I was looking for, clean & beds where comfortable, however had wished there was some stationary for writing down a quick note. ”
