“Gymn and facilities excellent. Very friendly reception upon arrival and we asked for a quieter room and were provided with that. Left alone until we went out each day and room replenished and clean when back.”

View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience.”

“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“The room and ensuite were a good size. Bed extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for hanging clothes and draws for storing. Breakfast was prepared and cooked to your request as well as cold choices. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as during breakfast. No problem with parking.”

“This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). We had a slight miscommunication at time of booking, but she was so patient and……
