“Our experience at the Palihouse Hyde Park Village was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to the exceptional front desk staff and the outstanding service in the restaurant. From the moment we arrived, Jackson was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They made check-in seamless and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant was just as impressive. Jeanette was friendly, professional, and truly attentive……

“Easy to check in as long as you follow the directions. Have to download an app to enter appartment. Club house was closed on weekends, had to use an app to access the pool. Support was helpful with that. Good experience overall. ”
