“It was a bit frustrating driving 4 hrs to be told that our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 when check in time was 3. Then when we came back after attending the concert at the Strawberry festival there was no parking available because of all the construction equipment in the parking lot. But the young lady who was working allowed us to park in the front. She was extremely nice and the issues had nothing to do with her. ”

“This was one of the worst experiences I have had with traveling in a very long time. I arrived to find out that they oversold the hotel, and they took my money for the room, but had no availability. I was told I would get a refund in 7-14 days. The front desk staff was rude, had no care about the situation and I had to ask them if they could answer the phone from Expedia to confirm that they did not have anything available. If there's a bar for lowest effort possible, they were even lower than……

“I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,”
