"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

"Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. "

"The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions. "Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"Great hotel. Great ski in ski out location. One isssue was the location of our room. It had an amazing view over the slopes but the room was right above where all the deliveries came on skidoos, consequently the room was really noisy if you wanted to sleep with the window open (and even with it shut, to some extent).
