“The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor.
We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response.
After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate……
