“Located in the center of Soller, large bedroom with tired looking carpeting and furnishing. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel could use some redecoration. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gym is basic and dated. Pool area is nice but fixed parasols don’t create any shade when needed.”

“Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation……

“We travel a lot and stay in some of the best properties all over the world. Nixe palace was fantastic in every aspect. Food, service, insane views from all the rooms… wow! “The hotel is fine - I would struggle to say 5 star. The pool is nice but by a busy road and the terrace is lovely with great views over the port. We booked a cathedral view room but there was a massive palm tree in the way as we were on the 1st floor. However, there is no free water in the room - you have to use the mini bar at €5 per bottle. Our room was not serviced in the morning when we were out. When it was eventually serviced after I called the maid barged passed us as we were trying……
