“We didn't get the room we'd requested and paid for. We were very disappointed with the room we got. Bathrooms and rooms definitely need to be renovated. Over rated as a 5 star hotel. Only positive was the good staff they have. ”

We arrived to toothpaste splatters on the bathroom walls, spills on the cabinets and greasy prints on the doors. The staff were very kind and responsive to the request for extra cleaning however. We did also have issues with the shower not sealing properly at the bottom so the bathroom floor would flood whenever we used it. All the grout was mouldy and leaking. “Excellent breakfast and the staff go above an beyond in every way. the beach is lovely, however the hotel does not have any facilities on the beach (loungers etc) They also need more loungers around the main pool as there were only 8. however the property is in a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff superb.”

However, there were a few maintenance issues that need attention. The cushions on the balcony chairs and the canopy were very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time.
