“Lovely converted cart lodge, spacious yet cosy. Quite well equipped, very comfy beds. Hosts helpful and super-friendly.”

“Room was very small but well organised. While the noise from the pub downstairs was barely discernible, the noise from other guests returning to their rooms was loud.”

The evening meal, Chicken Supreme, was fantastic and so was the breakfast (porridge with blueberry compote). I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and can't wait to stay again.”

“Check-in very easy and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, quiet and well-equipped with a bottle of water in the mini fridge. Bathroom was stylish and roomy with lovely hand and body wash. Great shower. Breakfast was delicious with good selection of local products. An extensive menu for breakfast with gluten-free bread and sausage if requested in advance. The coffee machine had a variety of different coffees. “Our room was clean and comfortable, we even had an iron and ironing board which was very useful. Hairdryer was good, lovely body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Good quality bedding and towels. The staff were very courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had an evening meal which was very good, very generous portions and good quality. The breakfasts were excellent.
