“Good location, 10 mins walk to Duomo and shopping. Check in staff super welcoming and friendly. Concierge and bellboy team amazingly helpful. Good facilities, love the pool and sauna. Room well decor and furnished. Love the free first minibar. Cleanliness part was a bit down, rubbish from previous guest wasn’t cleared but rectified straightaway. Bedsheets had holes, heavy tear and wear, time to be replaced. Mattress too soft, probably too old and springs losing support. Breakfast area was quite……
