“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

This is our return hotel for the last 3years, brilliant location for all amenities including the Point shopping centre which is a 2 minute walk away. Largest and best shopping centre in Malta. I would recommend this hotel for everyone, including couples & families.”

All staff were excellent but Nena at breakfast was absolutely brilliant and thoughtful. Beautiful location perfect for exploring and catching the ferry to Valletta. This hotel gets my highest recommendation, don’t hesitate to book. ”
