"The property is so beautiful. Mix in the friendliness of staff. Valet service and luggage assistance excellent and friendly service. Shop people and bartender not so much. They need additional training on how to provide top notch service by being attentive and welcoming. Bartender saw that we sat down but continued spending 10 minutes with other guests when he could’ve at minimum acknowledge us and let us know he will be right with us…something?! Oh ans they started cleaning up for closing 45 min before. Like they couldn’t wait??!! Shop by registration was the worse service ever. No greeting or ask if they can assist. Should close the doors when they close up or put up a sign. Instead of a rush of moving/rolling racks away! Do not like that we had to wait 15 minutes for an iron and ironing board. Just put them in the room!! The property is so beautiful even with a few bad points, I can't take away the excellent rating. Definitely highly recommend!"
