“The food does not meet 5-star hotel standards—certainly not those of an "Ultra All-Inclusive" resort. At breakfast, there are no yogurts or high-quality pastries, and the variety is lacking. Dinner is nothing short of embarrassing; it falls far short of 5-star quality. The selection is very limited, and the flavors are extremely basic. Quite a few things are missing... “Property was probably five stars years ago. Definitely a little run down and you can see it in the rooms. Breakfast was fine and the beachfront was actually really nice. Recommend that you get rooms close to the beach and not the pools cuz it is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. It is in a good location in that if you have a car you can go next door to Afitos or Kallithea where there are really great restaurants, beach bars and views. Parking was very difficult when we would come back……

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer und die gute Erreichbarkeit von Thessaloniki. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das abwechslungsreiche Essensangebot sowie die große Auswahl an Getränken. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel – wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience
Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional.
That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh……
