“The hotel is brand new. It was 10 times better than what we expected. The rooms are huge. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooftop bar and restaurant was incredible. I recommend it 100%!”

“Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……

“Hotel is in the historic centre next to presidential palace. Staff - the best I have encountered in Ecuador. Friendly, helpful and kind to my little boy. Food was traditional and delicious. Rooms excellent and fit with the area. Recommend to families who want to seethe historical centre and be treated exceptionally well.”
