“Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses.”

“Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……
