"Stayed with our family and greatly enjoyed the property which is clean, bright and spacious with all necessary amenities. Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days. "we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "
