“This is exactly what I pictured when I imagined staying in Scotland. The house is beautiful and the owners along with their two dogs could not be anymore wonderful. We also had one of our best breakfasts in Scotland.”

“It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The host brought a fan which helped reduce some of the hot air, but not all of it. It was also very loud because it was right on a busy street. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was very helpful. However, the noise level, temperature of the room, and the firmness of the bed made this just an OK experience for us.”

“I stayed here the night before my wedding at Drum Castle and was able to utilize the late checkout so I could get ready there with my hair and makeup artists. My bridesmaids, mother, and I had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delivered to my room and was delicious, and the property was clean and very relaxing. Lots of cute bunnies outside! We enjoyed our experience here very much and would stay again!”

“I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S.……

“Room no air conditioning, and no sparkling water, just two bottles of still and not put in fridge, bedside phone for calling reception did not work plus no instruction on how to achieve getting hold of them. Room was like a green house and when I asked for a fan, they never brought one as they said it would be put in my room for when I returned, key card would not work so had to go to reception twice to sort it. Shower was lethal as could not regulate water the base of the shower was so hot,……
