“The parking was a mess. Supposedly, the hotel has a parking lot, but it was consistently full. Fortunately, the staff were extremely helpful in finding alternate places for us to park.”

“Nice hotel”

“Our stay was spoiled by the red light on the room smoke alarm flashing all night!! Having just had an operation, this was extremely annoying and I barely slept. Hotel seemed aware of the issue and still allocated a 7th floor room. No recompense offerred!!”

“Not enough car park. No water and slipper provide in room”

“Great place to stay and excellent food.”

“The location of the hotel is so convenient, the city centre is only 5 mins away. Overnight parking at NCP is quite reasonable only £12 with discount code. I highly recommend this hotel in Aberdeen.”

“verything was just right with the room and service, except disturbing noise for the band performance from the bar till 12:30 midnight .It was a very popular bar down down stairs wih crowds till then. cannot sleep before that.”

“I've stayed there on a few trips to Aberdeen before and I like the hotel so much that it's always my first choice now.”

“Good location. Unfortunately, the room was not getting room made up and coffee replaced even with the Please Make Up on the door. Marketed with breakfast included, the kitchen was only open on one of the three nights stay, and I had to pay extra to get a Latte instead of Americano”

“Lovely place and nice atmosphere!”
