Very nice breakfast. Staff was friendly but the room was very basic compared to what I paid. It’s bit overpriced.

Apartment is prefect. Good location. However, I requested 3 beds but cannot provide and without notification. Finally, my son needed to sleep on sofa. Hope can improvement the communication.

O

Perfect position right in town. Lots of space although the second bedroom is a little tight. We had to leave our suitcase out in the lounge area as it didn’t fit in the bedroom. Main bedroom a good size and both bathrooms were small but perfect and really clean. Everything else was great, lots of little extras like coffee pods, cleaning products etc.

The property’s location was excellent!!! It is right in the Haymarket, but the flat itself is nice and quiet. It really made our entire stay in Edinburgh to have such lovely accommodation. If we do come back— this is where we will be staying, anything else would be a disappointment.

Beautiful setting, lovely staff and excellent breakfast
