What a great hotel for leisurely stay.
All staff, especially Kirsty and Chloe, on reception, were friendly and professional.
Great dining options and fantastic breakfast.

The room and amenities and view and building and staff were all lovely. Very luxurious feeling hotel. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty vegetarian options.
The only downside is there's no lift/elevator and 47 plus stairs is a bit much for me but if you have no mobility issues 100 out of 10 would definitely recommend

Excellent hotel very close to the station, WiFi worked great and they upgraded me to a split level suite which was amazing.
Staff very friendly.
Minor downside was the pool spa not working but everything else was great

I have stayed for a few days in this hotel I found the rooms big a very clean ,I must say the rooms need draw space there is none to put your undies and socks ? I traveled for leisure that’s the only problem location great

Clean Room, lots of options for a Hostel. Great location on The Royal Mile. Walk to many Pubs, Restaurants, Parks, and shopping. Recommend Uber or Taxi if coming from train station as it is uphill and difficult to climb steep stairs with luggage in the rain. Also, the Lift at CODE was not working ...
