“This is an old motel. It has been repainted and is very clean. The rooms are large. It is a great value.”

“Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures.”

“Spark was very clean and decorated nicely. Staff were kind and helpful. Location is conveniently right off Hwy 81 and the price was reasonable. Would stay at this property again.”

“Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Right off the highway which made it a perfect place to stop for the night. Mexican restaurant next door is amazing.”

“Wow! This is the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast! It was amazing! It was so beautiful, clean, yummy breakfast, and everyone was so kind! Would stay here again if we are in the area again for sure!”

“We arrived for a race. The location was perfect and convenient, we were able to get coffee from starbucks across the street as well as close proximity to other small stores. The staff was nice and helpful. If you need a quick stop, this is perfect. I did miss having a hairdryer in the room.”

“This is a nice property with hot breakfast options. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.”

“Staff were very courteous and professional. Bed platforms were annoying due to extended length beyond the mattress and can cause painful bumping with your feet-toes.”

“Front desk staff was super friendly and courteous. I only stayed one night but if I stayed longer I would have complained. The floor was dirty and turned my bare feet or socks black. Curtains did not completely block light and light could be seen around the door. Quick stop yes, longer no.”
