"Never go there it’s horrible. The room was dirty and hair lying in the bathroom and oillow covers. Unfortunately I didn’t have much time to spend there just a night and when I saw this I hung out in the Lobby and left the hotel for the airport earlier."

"Excellent transit hotel to take when laying over between flights. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice amenties. The smart TV was not connecting to the internet but was not necessary given the time we were there and the rest we needed. The staff are very helpful and always looking to find solutions for you. My flight to Manchester from Kuala Lumpur had a long layover and I chose to stay at the hotel. I made an error in my booking dates and was then worried about cancellation charges and availability for my family of 4 (incl. 2 daughters). The staff member at the desk saw my uphill task and aimed to sort everything out regarding re-booking a room for my layover and requesting a cancellation process for the error booking. To the lady working on that Tuesday 2nd June 2026 at lunchtime - many thanks for your support during that period of my onward journey. It was greatly appreciated!"

"Great location with great gym and pool. They have two parts of this hotel ( old and new ) I had to be pushy and ask to be moved to the new part and after some discussion the front office staff agreed ! Sadly there were some renovation going on and I had to call security to stop the drilling as it kept going till 11.30 pm !"

"One of the best hotels in the world. Top comfort and top safety. We got the connecting rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were very functional and spacious compared to other hotels. Morning and dinner Buffet were excellent. BBQ included in buffet and available outside. Accessing the restaurants, spa, gym , pools and beach were very easy and fast. Valet Parking available for free"

"The place is ran down... The only good things are the amazing and helpful staff (they really try to make the stay as good as possible) and food. Other than that the place is crying for renovation. Beds are comfortable though."
