"That place has never seen renovation since it was built decades ago. Guest rooms are dilapidated. It is a shame that once iconic establishment is now in ruins. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I will never stay there again, but I would eat at the traditional restaurant but I won’t set foot in their guest rooms. "

"It’s a very handy hotel built for easy transit, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and there’s wifi. TV’s don’t tend to work, but that’s not a problem for me. Check in staff are always polite and helpful. The rooms need maintenance, every room I have stayed in, around 8 times in the last month have either water leaks from the sink, broken hoses for toilets, all have had the sink plug disconnected. Showers are tepid at best. Breakfast food is good, but staff are super lazy, tables aren’t reset, I asked for cutlery and a table to wiped down.. didn’t happen, I got cutlery from another table with a solo diner, coffee cups are non existent until you ask and so on. If it’s not included in your room rate, go to one of the cafes near A-gates, don’t pay to eat here."
