“Lovely and helpful staff. However the hot water was not working and some days no water was coming from the shower. The room was also very cold, but the staff did their best to bring heaters. They also supported us when we were unwell. We ended up leaving early, and unfortunately no refund was provided. However the staff are lovely people.”

“Kuriftu tent stay on Entoto is very lovely. The staff is very professional and helpful, throughout the whole park. The bed was a little worn on one side and the faucets needed some maintenance. Nothing to interfere with a nice stay.
The only issue, which Kariftu cannot change, is the three churches which you hear quite well in the night and early mornings, as if the speaker is outside your room from the recently remodeled church. Take a good pair of ear plugs!!
The park itself is lovely for……

“Staff very friendly and room was great minus the wifi which was terrible. The only other thing that really bothered me was I was told I could pay by card for my tour and I spent like an hour trying to get cash out because of the issue. I also broke my phone after they kept coming in and to bother me while trying to get money out. Other than that it was great. Oh and food is mediocre, juice is great though.”
