“Staff very friendly and room was great minus the wifi which was terrible. The only other thing that really bothered me was I was told I could pay by card for my tour and I spent like an hour trying to get cash out because of the issue. I also broke my phone after they kept coming in and to bother me while trying to get money out. Other than that it was great. Oh and food is mediocre, juice is great though.”

“Don't let the uninviting parking lot fool you; the reception staff are pros and speak excellent English. I stayed in a bright, spacious Deluxe Room at the top of the hill. It was a bit stuffy at first, but opening the balcony doors fixed that. The bed is fantastic with clean linens and a great mosquito net—a huge plus! The modern bathroom is nice, though the shower is a bit of a prankster, spraying water everywhere except on the person standing in the middle. There are some "new hotel" quirks:……
