"If you are looking for a quiet spot on Lake George, this is a great house. We had a great family reunion where we barbecued every evening. We also rented a pontoon boat, which enabled us to really enjoy the lake. We hope to be back!"

"Outstanding location and beautuful views over Lake Champlain from the large upper deck. Saw 3 juvenile eagles and 2 loons. Such a treat! Well appointed kitchen with coffee pots, air fryer, and new major appliances. Large dining table. Nice gas grill on upper deck worked great. The outside space is magic.Check in and out were easy and owner very accommodating. Large new bathrooms. Bring your own shampoos and soaps. You will love Vermont and this location is centrally located and a joy to come...

"The property is endear need of tender loving care. First visitors of the season, so the property was not properly cleaned before we arrived. The swimming pool was one of the primary reasons for booking this property and the pool was not ready for use. The maintenance man as well as my son worked on the pool but we're not able to get to water in a swimmable state. Really disappointed at the grandkids could not swim and the overall cleanliness of the property."

Breathtaking New Premier Lake Champlain Waterfront Beach,Foliage,Ski Escape!

10/10 Excellent

"This is undoubtedly, the best vacation I have ever had in terms of its location, very private and the view of the mountains in Lake Champlain. I’ve never had a scene like this on any vacation nor do I expect you in the future. The host Barbara was friendly and accommodating, and you are left with a book full of restaurants to visit activities to attend and we did go to one of the restaurants she recommended which was actually “the Bridge”, you could walk to it if you’re in good shape!We were at the Shelburne Museum just took in the whole area from Addison all the way to Saint Albans, where my relatives live. This is a place you need to stay at for complete relaxation which the scene /environment will give you. One more thing you can walk to the WAGS….. West Addison General store they have everything you need gas water, liquor pizza you name it they’ve got it. I bought a souvenir of course…a Vermont hat.I hope to be back someday"
