I was very disappointed in our stay. The young lady that checked us in wasn’t very helpful or friendly. The room itself was ok but the bathroom was gross. Sink and toilet appeared clean but the ceiling tiles had rust on them. The exhaust fan didn’t work. There were bugs in the light over the tub. We had to ask to have our room cleaned after our first night and then someone came, pulled up the bedspread, changed some towels and that was it. Didn’t even leave us any washcloths or replace the dirty coffee mug from the in room coffee bar. Also there were very few restaurants open in the area when we were there (Monday and Tuesday). I explained our experience at check out and was offered a free pastry for my troubles.
