“The only complaint I really have is that food is very hard to come by! They should have food available 24 seven the cafeteria has strict hours and the store was closed when we were there. The closest towns are Ticonderoga and Bolton Landing, which is quite the hike and curvy roads. I would suggest some way of having sandwiches or if some kind of a deli or just any kind of cuisine available… I also felt like they didn’t have enough watercraft only a few kayaks and being on the water, I would……

“Do to the lodge being sold 4 days before my stay there was NO STAFF, restaurant, bar & no access to the lobby/front desk. The prior owner was supposed to stop taking reservations but didn’t & of course the booking was no refundable. Upon arrival there was just a phone number to call but absolutely ZERO cell service, I wandered around the property, getting eaten alive by mosquitoes until another guest who had already checked in helped get me connected to the Wi-Fi, which then I had to check my……
