"So enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin! Even prettier than the pictures and well appointed with everything we needed. Great location with multiple hiking areas, beautiful waterfalls, stave churches and everything you need nearby. Host was responsive and gracious. Would definitely recommend without hesitation!"

" Very service minded personnel, the apartments were big and clean, perfect with indoor parking with direct indoor connection to the apartment. Swimmin pool was very good with extra bonus of mountain views. Highly recommend Havsdalsgrenda whatever season."

"Location, the hotel and staff were great however the first night, the temperature in the room was approx 26oC due to fault with the heating, so we had to sleep with the windows open. Reported to reception, but they couldn't do anything until maintenance came in the morning. The following day, there was no hot water for the shower and then this happened every morning until we left. Occasionally it came through, so we had to have a very quick shower."

"Great breakfast, not so great customer service ! Disturbed late at night to move my already parked car so someone else could then park their in the very same place ! No restuarant / food available in the evening and no water in room. "

"Staff was excellent and helpful with all our questions, easy access to the ski center, excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside is when pub is open it is noisy until 3 am and elevator was not working at 5 am so we had to get the luggage downstairs. Even with those item the cost was so low it was well worth the stay."

"The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. With a better kitchen, the place can be recommended. "

"The digital check in procedure was very unwelcoming. They are just trying to save money by having the guests do everything. Not happy with the way things are going regarding lack of customer service these days."
