"The hotel staff was excellent any time we had a question or request. The hotel is located right across the tourist information center and really central to all the shops by the pier. The area does get busy when there are cruise ships in port but we used those days to go explore elsewhere. The daily breakfast has a good selection of food to choose from and if you are departing early will provide you a box to take it with you. "
"A lovely hotel distinguished by its art work and overall design. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast (only meal available). Convenient for getting around Bergen on foot or public transport "
"Perfect location to explore the main area of Bergen. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. We had a beautiful view of the harbor. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. "
