“The reception is heard on the rooms on the first floor, this means their phone rings loud, their night staff and all the late arrivals are heard and not quiet at all you can just hear the ins and out the phone all of it throughout the night. I told the staff in the morning that I had no sleep and the lady called Johanna started telling me off that it’s not their fault as I did not come downstairs at 2 am to tell them about the noise and the phone and that their night porter didn’t know! She said……

“Room is clean no kettle or hot water provided. Staff service is no no no. Air conditioning works when window is fully closed”

“Staff were incredible offered a lift to the bus stop where we were travelling from for much cheaper than taxi, very able to help and accommodating, made our experience much better!”

“By far the best thing was the staff. The largely seasonal workers were fantastic - always smiling, attentive and well trained. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and one really didn't to leave the complex as the private beach, pools,bars and restaurants were plentiful. One final thing was the spa massage; best I have had!”

“Le personnel est très attentif et gentil. L’hôtel est très propre, manque juste une bouilloire dans les chambres pour le café du matin. Un peu isolé du centre ce qui permet d'etre au calme.je recommande!”

“Fantastic location up in the hills. The Acaplulco Bar is 10 minutes walk and has incredible views. Anemona Studios has a supermaket within the same complex whixh has everything you could possibly need. Kostas is the owner and both he and his wonderful staff will treat you with the legendary greek hospitality. Would definitely return.”

“Wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and very well-maintained. The room was spotless and incredibly clean. The staff provided excellent service—always friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. They also offer free parking, which is a huge plus! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!”

“The woman working at the front desk when we arrived was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. And she spoke multiple languages. The room was pleasant with a nice balcony. However it was a bit small for packing our suitcases.”

“Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€.”
