"Amazing, warm staff. Beautiful rooms and the whole hotel is immaculate. Great use of the original buildings alongside the new. As with all Four Seasons the decor is top end with beautiful furnishings and flowers in all public spaces. The standard rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. ..."

"They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received ..."
