Good/bad. First and foremost the staff at the front desk were excellent! Very kind and caring. The hotel is new and it is beautiful! The bed was comfortable. The AC worked properly. The shower had hot water but no water pressure, it was just a slight trickle of water. Took a long time to get wet and wash up. (Odd because the sinks had good pressure)
Now the bad, we checked in and went to our room. It was filthy. Lots and lots of dog hair on the couch, the bed didn’t look like it had been changed just pulled up and it was all wrinkled with a spider on the pillow. There was another health hazard that caused us to leave that room ask for a new room. We got a new room and it was better but the shower was filthy, had body hair all through it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned or rinsed. Also, no towels .
So, nice new hotel but needs a better housekeeping person
