Property was under construction when we arrived. This impacted their parking availability but the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and resolved it quickly. The staff are generally very friendly (especially the breakfast ladies) and the rooms are clean.

Hotel convenient to downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Formerly a Country Inn & Suites and still looks that way. Front Staff very nice, room very clean, but dark and lighting reminded me of 3rd world low wattage. I ate the breakfast my first morning, but could not tolerate it two days in a row and went to nearby Bob Evans. It reminded me of the breakfast at a low budget Days Inn. Floors in the lobby and main hallways were warped up due to water and need to be replaced. I probably sound more harsh than needed but with just a little extra effort it could be first class. Not sure I will stay again.

Spacious rooms. 3 star quality type hotel. Location was good. Continental breakfast options were okay. Coffee was good. They were working on the roof my stay so that was a little distracting otherwise the stay was good, bed is away from door/hallway so you don't hear the typical noise from hotels (doors slamming, people talking).
