1) Asked for a non-smoking room-the room WREAKED OF CIGARETTES. 2) The hairdryer didn’t work. 3) The television only had about 4 channels???? 4) Was unable to figure out the phone to call down for more towels (there were 3 people in the room with only 1 set of towels). 5) DID I MENTION THE SMELLY CIGARETTE SMELL???

Staff, Sai is sweet and helpful and check-in was smooth. The rooms are clean upon entry but after further discovery, bed bug eggs were spotted under the corners of the beds. Other than that, the price is reasonable and the breakfast was good.

The staff was kind and helpful. They are under construction, so you can not expect everything to be perfect. I looked over this and was happy to have a place to stay with my fur babies.

This was the worst Super8 I have stayed at. The room smelled stale and mildewy, it had mold growing on the carpet and other fabrics in the room.

I took photos of my room and the cleanliness issues I had with it. The TV was also damaged which made it difficult to watch while I was there. The lock on the door was tinkered together but it worked. I also asked if there was a way I could get a room close to the elevator since I had broken my foot since I made the reservation. They declined and I was at the end of the hall. I would not recommend this hotel at any price.

I checked in at 3pm on july 3 the positive side, the front desk staff was excellent very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself could use some upgrades. The carpet in my room didn't look clean

I paid $60 for a room so I wasn’t looking for a five star experience. However, the nightstand was missing a leg and was propped up against the bed. The space underneath the bed hadn’t been vaccummed. I found two pizza boxes with food still in it. Around 12:45am I was awakened by noise in the hallway. When I peaked out it was the staff. The condition of the shower was not visually pleasing to the point that I did not use the shower. The staff upon checking in was very friendly. Check-in was fast with no issues.

This place was disgusting. We got there and the room smelled like cat pee. There was blood under a duvet cover bathroom floor. Looks like it’s never been mopped. There were still hair and dirt in the bathtub so gross. We slept in our clothes because they refused to switch our room got up the next day and my wife noticed there was blood on the bathroom door

There was peoples garbage in the hallways that stunk( more than one room), it smelled like dog urine in common areas, the front desk attendant could not print an important paper for us and when we told him the room blow dryer didn’t work he wouldn’t give us a working one. The air conditioner was very noisy. The elevator seemed unsafe. Our room smelled also.

This is the worst place I have ever stay. I only stayed one night since it was too late to find another place, and the bed linen was burnt with cigarettes and they could not give me another one. The mold in the bathroom did not allow me to even shower, and the smell in the room was awful. Avoid at all!
