Everything is as amazing! The staff was so helpful and so nice (All of them)! Julie at the front desk was awesome. My beach shuttle driver, Roger, was absolutely fantastic. The front does young lady who let me into the gym at 5am the wonderful lady in the morning for checkout! Definitely pet friendly! I thought it was nice they have a little shuttle to take you down to the beach and pick you up! It’s just down the road but saves you from having to pay for parking! I didn’t want to leave the area right away after check out and they offered to store my stuff while I went exploring even after checkout! I will definitely be back there for another stay in the future!

Amazing location, beautiful property and exception amenities. The only thing I’d change is that the bed was listed as being a king, but definitely more like a full.

Perfect for families, lots to do

We had an overall average stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean, and daily housekeeping service was excellent, very consistent and thorough. The bellhop service was also good and professional. However, the ongoing construction on the hotel grounds was quite loud and became annoying after a while, especially during the day. It definitely impacted the overall experience. We also ordered room service one evening. It was inconvenient trying to locate the menu, even with the QR code system. We ended up ordering a hamburger, which arrived cold with soggy fries and was delivered in a styrofoam container. That was disappointing and didn’t feel like the quality you’d expect from hotel dining. Overall, there were some positives, but the construction noise and room service experience brought the stay down to average for us.
