room was nice and clean very comfortable. breakfast was AMAZING. will be back 10/10

Rooms are a little outdated and musky for being 2026 the TV suck

We stayed one night at this hotel and had a room with one bed and a pull-out sofa. Unfortunately, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows provided for the sofa bed. We called the front desk, and they were only able to provide a sheet—no blanket or pillows were available. We ended up having to use towels as makeshift pillows. The room also had a strong smoke odor that was being covered up with a strong cologne smell, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. In addition, the door to the room was difficult to open and would stick—you had to push extremely hard just to get it to open. Once we arrived we found out the hotel was under construction and that limited rooms were available, but the overall experience was disappointing. The elevator was another concern. It was a very unsettling ride and honestly felt like one of the “terror elevators” at Universal—definitely not a comfortable experience. Hopefully, once the construction is complete, the hotel will improve, but our stay left a lot to be desired.
