"When we got into the room it had a terrible musty smell. When I checked the mattresses there was a huge brown stain on it. i paid for the jacuzzi room and when i looked at the tub all the jets were covered in brown sludge and mold. The shower did not drain properly. The trash at the end of the hallway had liquid spilled in the entryway. The cleaning lady was not five feet from their and never took out the trash or cleaned the sticky liquid. It remained all three days. The hotel put us way in the back in the oldest part of the building. Guess that's how they treat their Expedia guests. I regret not taking photos. Not recommended!!"

"We booked a room and we were not able to stay as the situation was out of our control and we had a death in the family. I tried contacting the hotel on multiple occasions and tried to cancel 4 weeks prior to our stay. No one ever called me back and never got back to me about a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE "

"I would NEVER stay here again and I’m sorry I even trusted the reviews that said the hotel was fine. There was a domestic violence issue outside of my hotel room during our stay that lasted a good 3-4 hours. I called 3 times to complain and the manager of the hotel called the cops on them twice, nothing was done. I was asked to change rooms but I’m not taking my family out and putting everyone in danger to switch rooms when the fighting is happening outside my door. I called for a refund for that stay and the manager said I never complained and there were no issues. RIDICULOUS. Also, the floors were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. STAY AWAY from this hotel. "

"Do not book street side, very noisy from road traffic. Breakfast was good, needs more variety. Bathroom was small and cramped in shower/toilet area. Parking was very challenging and at times frustrating on weekend nights from bar patrons, hotel sits at a three way light on corner, very busy intersection."
