“Gave it 5 stars because it was nice for an overnight stay. The kitchen was not well equipped so for an extended stay it wouldn’t be adequate. Nice stove and kitchen area but 2 skillets is all there was to cook with”

“Firstly room I reserved wasn't ready early as promised nor ready 15 minutes before check in. Room I got was dirty, my dog was eating popcorn fried chicken crumbs off stained rugs!! Furniture stained!! Food left in refrigerator!! Huge box of pizza bagels!! Lights blinking over a dated dirty microwave. Shower curtain so short (just a liner) water ran out onto floor. Shampoo mounted to shower wall fell of while using Elevator was under total remake they worked on 7 days at least during my stay,……

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”
