“Staff is very friendly.”

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“This is our second stay-cation at 106. It won’t be our last. 106 is fantastic. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Rooms are clean, roomy and so comfortable! We love Baker & Able for delicious evening cocktails and the breakfast at Revivalist is top notch. 106 is centrally located downtown so in nice weather you can walk to just about anywhere. Cannot wait to stay again! ”
