"This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists this property. I have booked numerous time with you and this is by far the worst experience ever. "

"Awesome property! Kids loved all the water toys and jumping off the dock. We spent mornings and evenings on the screen in porch! Miss Frankie next door was a sweet lady! I enjoyed talking with her! Loved the location everything easily accessible."
