"I was not pleased that I called after making reservation to request a room on the main level and was told that they would make a note and that this would be arranged but when I got there, they had me in an upstairs room. When I discussed this with the young lady at the front desk, she was kind and accomodating but I was put in a room then switched to another room. The bath tub faucet came out of the wall when I tried to pull up the tub plug. There was no waste basket in the room and the floor...

Neighborhood was great and within minutes of several different boat ramps. Communication with the owner was great as well. "The property was great! Roomy and clean! Had all the essentials we needed. We appreciated the Keurig machine and multiple seating options. Beds were soft, linens comfortable. Towels were plentiful and nice. Would recommend. The only thing I would advise is that the water was a bit brown, probably just from being well water and the extreme rains we had recently but it was a little disconcerting. But overall a great stay. "
