The room was clean to the eye and the staff was friendly BUT we saw one large bed bug.

I love this property and come here often. I disliked that we were put into a building where the elevator was not working the second day of our visit. My additional family and I were put on the 4floor making it difficult to go downstairs to the pool area and then return to climb back up to the 4floor. We were both using canes and had to sit on several landings before reaching our destination, sweating in 90 degree weather. We called most of the day to complain for ourselves and others. This put a damper on our three day visit. Why would they put us in a building when they were aware the elevator was not working properly 2 weeks before our visit.?

The staff and the place was amazing. Although it’s a small town , there was plenty to do. Everyone I met there made my family and I feel like there family. We will definitely stay here again.
