"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here! The property and neighborhood was perfect! Everything you need is provided, from kitchen to beach accessories! It was clean, and comfortable. Loved having the parking pass for the private beach area. I preferred something quiet away from the crowds, and this was perfect! I found so many beautiful shells! Can’t wait for our next trip! Would definitely book this place again!"

"Such a pretty place in a quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to coming back soon. Loved that bikes, beach items were there for us to use. But loved getting up and sitting on the dock looking at the pond with all it's wildlife in the morning. And the short walk to the private beach was just what the doctor ordered."

"Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"Firstly let me say the property was better than advertised as it was extremely clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet and that love to relax. Pool was perfect. 100% will stay again."

"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. While there we experience power loss which the host was very...

"Our family absolutely loved our time at this beach cottage!! It was an easy walk from the dock and even easier to the beach! We loved how safe and welcoming the island was! Our kids had endless fun with sea shelling/shark tooth hunting/swimming/boogie boarding and hanging out at our home away from home! We’ll be back for sure! "
