"Being located in a small cul-de-sac neighborhood made this a lovely, quiet place to stay for a few days while still being close to all the charms of Matlacha & beyond. The pool was a wonderful and refreshing addition during the hot days we were there. It's quite small, so we were thankful there weren't many other guests during our stay, and we almost had it to ourselves.The condo was cute, cozy, and very clean. "The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street."
