Hotel was fine but was very disappointed because the front desk clerk lie to me after I asked him about the breakfast that we paid for with our reservation. He said they don't provide breakfast and I need to call the 3rd party for a refund. On the day of checkout, the lady clerk told me that we supposed to have gotten breakfast vouchers since we paid for the full breakfast and I was furious but thanked her for the info after she apologized for her trifling coworker because we've been eating out for breakfast daily. Be aware of the tall guy because he's a liar. After being lied to, I will not be coming back there.

The room was spotless. The staff was amazing. The jackrabbit restaurant though a little pricey was delicious. The waterpark was so much fun for the entire family and we even enjoyed the arcade. My kids loved losing to their dad at laser tag. We will definitely be coming in the summertime to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Was OK. Convenient to PayCom. Nice property. TV did not work - staff responded quickly but said it takes 10 minutes to connect.??? In-room dining was 1 hr wait after someone answered on 3rd try. Self park - not convenient but way less expensive.

It was very loud. Bar and common area is in the middle and the noise rose right up to the rooms. Also the property is right by the railway.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The historical pieces/decor in the hotel made for an even more fun stay.
