The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help whenever possible. The breakfast bar was terrific also. Highly recommendable! The only drawback- the consistency of food was a little off, not enough to stop us from eating there, just enough to keep us ...
Always excellent service and extremely friendly every time I stay at this hotel!
Property is great, rooms very nice. Only thing I didn't like is the only parking is Valet and it costs $23.00 per day. The closest parking on our own would have been 3 blocks away. Not a fan of valet parking even if it is free.
Nice, but really small bathrooms. Rooms need remodeled
Overall a great stay I was impressed with the staff and the rooms. I will stay again!
Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly the lobby was modern and clean. It was quiet even though there were people in the bar and lounge area. You just got the feeling of relaxation and that you were in the right place. Our rooms were nice and clean.
Great location for bricktown activities & bars. Super roomy rooms and excellent staff.
Need to provide free parking to guests not just valet or paid parking
LOved the lux room. It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Loved the nightly cookies and the morning tea service, complementary. Very nice staff and employees.
